Abstarct: mextal alkoxides with general formula of M(OR)n, are derivatives of alcohols or mextal hydroxides. mextal alkoxides are so reactive because of the polar mextal-oxygen bond and reduction of their reactivity with chelating ligands are subject of desire and interest. In this research, Nb(OEt)5 was stablized by N-tert-Butyl-2,2-iminodiethanol. The stablized alkoxide was characterized by 1HNMR, FT-IR. The structure of C48H104N6Nb6O22 was determined by X-ray diffraction of single crystal. Compound C48H104N6Nb6O22 was crystallized in triclinic system with a=15.9913(7) A °, b=16.7943(6) A °, c=16.9241(6) A °, α=81.235(3) °, β=74.060(3) °, γ=65.852(3) ° in space group P1 ̅ with z=2.
