Abstarct: From collision of two relativistic heavy ions at RHLC and LHC , strongly coupled Quark – Gluon plasma (QGP) has been produced. High pressure and heat in the collision leads to free quarks and gluons. It was shown that QGP behaviors as a fluid and quark freely moves and experiences different forces like drag force. Because of strongly coupled system, studying perturbatively is not possible. Hence, we should use non-perturbatively methods. One of the recent methods for studying properties of QGP is using AdS/CFT correspondence. In this duality gravitational corrections consider as higher derivative terms. It means finite coupling from field theory point of view. In this thesis, we study effect of finite coupling corrections on the drag force of heavy quark, potential of quark - antiquark and distance between quark – antiquark in the QGP.
