Abstarct: The carbon isotopes, we selected carbon-14 for calculation because there is plenty around us. Then, First by supersymmetry method, Wave function is required to be obtained and saw that these isotopes through beta decay, The transition to other states. For this reason, we used beta decay and a review of the rules governing the relations extracted required and enter the wave functions obtained from supersymmetry, In Fermi theory of beta decay, We got the results we wanted.
