Abstarct: The Duffin-Kemmer-Petiau equation describe spin zero and spin one particle. Historically this equation in 1930 by three physicist named Duffin- Kemmer and Petiau. This matrix can display three forms, one, five and ten components. Solutions of this equation are great importance in theoretical physics as such bosons are frequently present in many areas of physics including cosmology, meson spectroscopy and nuclear Hadron interaction. So the particles like photons, gluons, mesons, excitons, can be considered by DKP equation. In chapter one we discussed about DKP theory and spacetime. In chapter two we have explained about the properties of DKP formalism. In chapter three we have solved the DKP equation for different potential. For example Cusp, Woods-Saxon and modified Hulthen potential. So in this chapter we have calculated the bosons scattering in the presence of above potential. In chapter four we have studied the space-time and curved space-time. In this chapter we have introduced different space-time. In chapter five we have solved DKP equation in famous space-time as can be note Reimannain space-time, Cosmic String and Friedmann-Robertson-Walker. And finally in chapter six we have studied Duffin-Kemmer-Petiau equation for spin one and we have showed the form of ten components.
