Abstarct: Operation of terahertz radiation baxsed on a detailed understanding of how the consequences of their interactions with components and structures at the nanoscale. In this context, one of the concerns, check terahertz radiation electron transport through a quantum wire as one of the components is photodetectors and imaging devices. Therefore, the study of electron transport through quantum wire terahertz radiation will be important. In this study, a two-dimensional quantum wire with limited space under the effect of transverse electromagnetic field has been considered. Lippmann-Schwinger equation used to calculate the electron transport. To calculate the conductivity of the device we also Landavvr relationship. The results showed that the rate of transport of electrons in the presence of radiation is reduced. The results indicate the dominance of single-photon scattering and two-photon scattering of photons on the role of higher rank.
