Abstarct: In this thesis, the small nuclear Fusion exprimental reactor using inertial confinement is studied. The reactor is designed to take the necessary condition to achieve break even condition. Here, using physical concepts related to nuclear fusion, first two Mather type plasma focus device, each with a voltage of 200 kV and an energy of 3 MJ have been designed. Then, using physical relations related to inertial confinement fusion, an indirect target is desined. The target consisting of a thin laxyer of solid DT fuel is located inside hohlraum consisting of a thin laxyer of gold filled with foam CH. Next, it is used the light ion beams from plasma focus device, each with an energy of 4.8 MJ, for light ions driver for designed spherical target. In the next step for increasing energy, we have designed two Titanium Tritide target. Finally, using the total energy from fusion reactor in different parts of our energy we obtain one energy more than the break-even conditions.
