Abstarct: Studying the Interaction between nucleons is one of the essential Concepts of Nuclear physics. On this concept, we can final out the main properties of nuclear forces. It is very important two choose appropriate potentials for nucleon potential. There are different potential offered for these interaction like Wood-Saxon potential, Yukawa potential and Hamada- Johnston potential. This potentials are used for deuteron lights nucleus and too solve Schrodinger equation, In numerical our approximate way and calculate some of static properties of deuteron. in this final, using the mentioned potentials, we can studied and considered helium natural isotopes and we used analytic methods Supersymmetric and ansats , to solve Schrodinger equation on a suitable approximation and calculate binding energy of these nucleuses during this calculation, we could get the coefficients of these potentials and also calculate exited energy, according to the best amount.
