Abstarct: Location problems have gained importance in operation research since early 1990s. In these problems, one deals with the placement of a set of facilities for optimization of a purposed function associated with a number of limitations. Facility location problems are used in a wide range of application. There are different types of facility location problems which some of their important classes are: random, network, continuous, and discontinuous location. It is possible that in the long run many location problem parameters such as equipments, demand, time of passing a distance, cost of equipments, and even distances and speed may change and not be fixed, and these change are often random. In this case each one of these variables has probability distribution and should be analyzed on probability basis. Therefore, there must be a target function proportionate to a probability distribution for any probability distribution associated to the relevant random variable. In this research, after specifying a problem on the network and another on the page with specific probability distribution, we introduce two target function and two algorithms for solving location problems with probability parameters, probability distribution function, and arbitrary smooth function.
