Abstarct: Certainly, industry is known as necessity to promote a community. An appropriate benefit is also known as product of an advanced community. Nowadays, industrial point of view is not considered as view against the traditions but is along with different parts such as agriculture, services, education, health care and etc. It means a new culture in 21 century which is followed by increasing rate of population in recent century in order to provide more productivity in producing goods and to satisfy the community widespread needs. Industrial architecture as part of cultural need in new age needs its own specific discourse. Such a discourse provides human with the opportunity to use some new conception such as industrial engineering, industrial management, environment and etc. which causes new conception in architecture of new industrial units. Accordingly, the present study aims to investigate the industrial architecture baxsed on some isolated process in order to investigate the obtained results applicable to design a steel factory. Therefore, first it is intended to study how an industrial unite is created. Designing industrial units baxsed on production and flow of material was investigated. It was stated that in order to have a structured model of production a factory should investigate the conditions necessary to order the production line and storage and their relationship with the other factors and finally it should apply its necessities to design the industrial units as single factor. To collect such a process in one close space in of high importance that provides a research about frxamework and shape. It was also stated that industrial spaces are related to the other various unites to satisfy needs of fast production and optimal production condition. Official, service making, health, restaurants and emergency spaces are known as factors that are necessary for an industrial unit in order to make their desire process be completed. Such factors should be also designed in accordance with production conditions. Providing above mentioned factors along with transportation systems toward inside and outside and environmental necessities provide complex and extensive conditions governing production in place. Such complex conditions need especial attention toward creation of an industrial unit.
