Abstarct: In present age On one hand companies in particular industry, competion between companies increase and sterategic planning grow the companies and save them in high competion in the particular industry. In the other hands decision making difficult for managments and decision making in unreliability term can help companies. In present research marketing strategic planning design for FEKR BEKR MANA company and In the other hands for help to managers to decision making using Multi Criteria Decision Making with Fuzzy Approach. In start as respect all of possible strategies checked then for hegemony of strategies using Fuzzy vikor that the hegemonies were: 1) verticality affricate strategy 2) authority in market strategy 3) market development strategy 4) standard variety strategy The result of this research show that FEKR BEKR MANA company changed their prioritize in marketing strategies and putted up their new strategies on result of this research.
