Abstarct: Each company tries to accept its customer's requests and finally get them satisfied. So it should plan its strategy according to the present time, Forcasting the future goals, and revise it with new technologies and consomer's new requests to success at its business. Then plan its function strategies according to business strategy to achieve the organizational goals. So, Company needs competent personnel to achieve its goals. It needs some criteria to hire, educate, develop, and coach its personnel to set them competent. This criterias called competencies. This research checks the relationship between HR competencies with business and HR strategies at Azarab Andish consultant engineering company. The find of research is that: Hypothesis 1 is correct. At hypothesis 2 ,soldiers loyal and professionals committed strategies had relationships with HR competencies. Hypothesis 3 is correct.
