Abstarct: By focusing on human resources and environmental programs and integrating them into its activities, human resources introduce green human resources and provide significant conditions and facilities for all activists and investors. To increase the environmental performance of the organization by participating in these programs. The purpose of this study is to extract the patterns governing the green behavior of Isfahan Municipality administrative staff. Data collection using the Human Resources Questionnaire (Sakhawalker et al., 2013) includes the dimensions of method, knowledge, activity and action on green behavior. Validity and reliability confirmation were distributed among the samples. Statistical analysis of the data was performed using the Ruff set theory method and baxsed on the extracted results, five rules of human resources behavior of Isfahan Municipality administrative staff were extracted using Rosetta software. In this research, the five-point Likert spectrum and the Ruff set theory were used. This study is a case study and is applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population in this study is all the administrative staff of Isfahan Municipality about 1600 people, which is estimated at least 310 people using sampling by Cochran's formula, which is finally returned by sending 640 questionnaires to 385 correct questionnaires. Took. The findings indicated that among the administrative staff of Isfahan Municipality, after the measures and methods, according to the analysis of laws baxsed on the dimensions of green human resources, the most important dimensions were identified and finally, according to the second stage of law extraction, this The burden was identified more clearly by the indicators governing the behavior of the green human resource by means of indicators of each dimension, and baxsed on that, suggestions were given to Isfahan Municipality.
