Abstarct: Abstract Recent advances in construction methods and sustainable development have allowed urban developers to significantly reduce urban environmental problems caused by building expansion, such as increased energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, and the urban heat island effect. Newer forms of alternative roofs (green roofs, solar systems, etc.) are emerging as potential solutions to these urban environmental problems. However, economic and social issues such as the acceptance of alternative roofs, the penetration of this market has faced obstacles. In this study, using the system dynamics method, the analysis of the factors affecting the replacement of Khorasan Razavi roof market and the economic, social and development investment capabilities are presented in the form of different scenarios, and then using the TOPSIS fuzzy method, the best scenarios according to Efficiency is prioritized. The results of the survey showed that the combined scenario of the growth of urban space in line with the increase in the economic coefficient of green space has the ability to concentrate more than other scenarios. However, all designed scenarios showed significant beneficial changes in key variables. This shows that the alternative roofing market has significant growth potential. But for further development and improvement in order to achieve long-term and more effective benefits in Razavi Khorasan roof market, more extensive research nedd to be done.
