Abstarct: Humanity has seen higher education as an economic and social tool since long ago up to now and has been seeking to maximize the profit arising from it. Therefore, he has chosen to follow various educational methods and ways to realize this goal. One of the methods followed in higher education, which has been favored by a large number of students for years, and the number of those interested in it is increasing day by day, is e-learning. The successful implementation of these courses requires quality assurance from the universities, because neglecting the principle of quality in education is equal to the waste of a huge amount of financial and human resources. One of the most important indicators that can be used to measure the quality of education is satisfaction. Therefore, the current research aims to identify the key factors of students' satisfaction with e-learning, seeks to develop a model. For this purpose, a qualitative research method has been used in the mexta-synthesis way. Namely, baxsed on the systematic searches, 3266 articles were identified, which was reduced to 32 articles after the final evaluations. Finally, the selected researches were analyzed using coding and classified in to eight categories including social factors, educational factors, technical factors, individual factors, organizational factors, support factors, pedagogical factors and consequences under the tixtle of key factors of students' satisfaction with e-learning. in the interim, in order to awareness of the importance and priority of each of the identified codes, Shannon's entropy method was used and it was revealed that the codes of student-student interaction, student-instructor interaction, embedding various communication facilities in E-Learning Systems,Time management and attention to the variety of learning methods and activities have the highest importance coefficient in students' satisfaction with e-learning.
