Abstarct: Over the past few decades, the supply chain has become a fundamental and important issue in the global market.Companies around the world due to factors such as globalization, tight competition between companies in turbulent markets, increasing demand fluctuations, drastic reductions in existing stocks, reduced product life cycle, increased levels of outsourcing activities, technological change, unexpected pandemics and Etc. In nature, they have become more disturbed and more vulnerable. Supply chains today face many challenges and threats such as global economic crises or disasters, all of which can lead to supply chain failures, reduced competitiveness and customer satisfaction, and ultimately, reduced profitability. Despite these conditions, the need for resilience and development of this concept in the supply chain, and in particular the supply chain of the pharmaceutical industry, which is much more sensitive, has increased. Managers also need tools to monitor their company's supply chain resilience to disruptions. The main purpose of this study is to evaluate supply chain resilience in the pharmaceutical industry. To achieve this important goal in this study, the identified indicators of supply chain resilience of the pharmaceutical industry were weighed by the PIPRECIA-E method and ranked and evaluated by forty companies active in the field of pharmacy using the new multi-criteria method (FUZZY MARCOS). The results of this study help managers in analyzing resilience and selecting effective indicators to reduce supply chain disruption, and facilitate decision making.
