Abstarct: Today, in every company and organization, in addition to tangible assets, intangible assets play an important role in achieving the overall goal of the collection. Intellectual capital is one of the most important of these assets. Environmental performance and financial performance also have a very important place for companies because the criterion for judging and comparing the performance of companies is their financial statements. On the other hand, due to environmental concerns and the need to protect the environment, the environmental performance of companies and organizations has been considered. In this regard, this study aims to investigate the effect of intellectual capital on financial performance and environmental performance by considering the moderating role of financial resources and human resource training and the mediating role of variables of green supply chain management and green human resource management and learning chain management. Supply and integration of supply chain management, with a descxriptive survey approach of applied type and structural modeling has been done. The statistical population of the study consists of two Iranian dairy companies. The size of the statistical population is 120 people, which according to Cochran's formula, the sample size should be considered 90 people. The information was collected with a standard questionnaire and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were assessed through two statistical software Spss 22 and Smart Pls3. The research findings confirm the positive effect of intellectual capital on the two variables of environmental performance and financial performance, as well as the moderating role of financial resources and human resource training and the mediating role of green supply chain management and green human resource management and learning chain management. Supply and integration of supply chain management is confirmed.
