HA334 : Investigating the mediating role of organizational structure in the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational health

Abstarct: The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating role of organizational structure in the relationship between transformational change and organizational health in Shahroud University of Technology. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of quantitative nature and the tool on the questionnaire. And Cronbach's alpha for all changes is above 0.70 It is worth mentioning that the statistical population of formal and contract research of Shahroud University of Technology, which is a total of 243 people and the sample of the research through Simple random sampling formula of 144 people, was used to analyze the data using SPSS software. The results of the main research hypothesis showed that transformational leadership has no significant effect on organizational health with the mediating variable of organizational structure and according to the results of the research hypotheses, organizational structure has a significant effect on organizational health and transformational leadership on organizational health. It has meaning and transformational leadership has a significant effect on organizational structure.
