Abstarct: The present study investigates the effect of knowledge management maturity on the productivity of knowledge employees with the effect of productive organizational energy mediation in two companies in the industrial town of Mashhad. This research is considered as an applied research in terms of purpose and was correlational in terms of method. The statistical population in this study consisted of all employees of two companies present in the industrial town of Mashhad, 850 people, taking into account the entire statistical population according to systematic random sampling and using the Cochran's formula; The sample consisted of 265 employees of companies. In this study, Hershey, Blanchard and Goldsmith Achio (1980), Knowledge Management Processes (2001) and Organizational Energy Productivity Questionnaires of Cole et al. (2012) were used to collect data. In the present study, structural equations were used to analyze the data using path analysis and stepwise regression. In all statistical analyzes of this research, SPSS-22 and Amos-24 software were used. Findings showed that the direct effect of knowledge management maturity component on the productivity of knowledge employees is significant (p <0.05). Furthermore, the involvement of the productive organizational energy component on the relationship between the predictor component and the criterion, showed that knowledge management maturity has an effect on the productivity of knowledge employees with the mediating role of productive organizational energy in two companies in Mashhad Industrial Park (<0.05). p).
