Abstarct: one of the most important levels of transportation is prediciting demand of travels, as estimate demand of travels performs important role in designing and planning transportation system. Knowing function demand of marine transportation and its ingredient former can help us in planning country's marine transportation and it is an important factor in forming find decision considers. Main point of this research check some effective variables in demand of marine travels to kish island according to monthly datas by over the years 1394 – 1398. For this purpose, has computed by time varying parameter and compeletly reversible covariance algorithm (kalman – filter). Out put result of estimate space – estate model is high elasticity of travel demand against cost, luxury travel demand, high elasticity against income, high elasticity against temperature and low elasticity of marine travels against changes of exchange rate and at last, positive reaction to demand of marine travel to Kish island than currency shock rule.
