Abstarct: Neuroleadership, a term that has recently found a special place in addressing the need for change in leadership and management processes in organizations, in the simplest sense, to succeed in a competitive environment, requires understanding the essential functions of the brain and lixnking it to environmental interactions. One of the factors that can contribute to these developments is the Gamification technology that has It has made a lot of progress in business field in recent years. This progress seeking to increase motivation and consequently increase employee engagement and engagement, it is currently a concern of many organizations. The key is that with games we can change the organizational rules to the extent that our neglected skills are needed in that game, and this can only be achieved by utilizing leadership knowledge baxsed on cognitive neuroscience. Objective: Due to the above mentioned reasons, the ultimate goal of this study is to design and develop a model for the application of Gamification in Neuroleadership. Research Methodology: This research was conducted in the frxamework of a qualitative approach using Multi-Grounded Theory. The method of data collection was in depth interviews with 15 experts of Cognitive neuroscientists and Gamification in the field of present research and theoretical sampling method. The data were analyzed during four stages of inductive coding, conceptual refinement, Building categorical structures, and Theory condensation, while three grounding processes, including Theoretical matching, Explicit empirical validation, and Evaluation of theoretical cohesion were also performed. Results: baxsed on the theoretical baxses and interviews with experts, 8 main categories that were divided into three sections: organizational context, operating conditions (internal and external) and outcomes and outcomes constituted a model for applying Gamification in Neuroleadership.
