HA297 : Selection and evaluation of marketing strategies baxsed on SWOT analysis with multi-criteria decision making approach (Case study: Sabah Dairy Company)

Abstarct: This study aims to prioritize marketing strategies; Case study: Sabah Dairy Company was conducted. For this purpose, baxsed on SWOT analysis, weaknesses, strengths, threats and opportunities and strategies appropriate to them were first identified. After identifying three of the most important and effective strategies; Using the combined method of fuzzy electrode and Yakur as multi-criteria decision-making techniques with a fuzzy approach, we prioritized the selected strategies. In this regard, we used the opinions of 18 managers and experts (in the first phase) and five experts in the field (in the second phase) in the form of two questionnaires (the first phase of identifying and selecting strategies and the second phase of prioritizing selected strategies). Finally, the results showed the order of priority of marketing strategies, baxsed on weaknesses, strengths, threats and opportunities and baxsed on five indicators of management capabilities, customer relationship capabilities, new market capabilities, human resource assets and reputation assets, using the combined method of fuzzy electro and vicor. ; These are: cost leadership strategies, vertical up and down strategies, and diversity strategies.
