Abstarct: Recognizing and paying attention to the needs and wants of customers in order to obtain their satisfaction and trust has always been one of the main concerns of the companies. In addition to companies, those who intend to buy goods or services are highly qualified to be informed of the views of other buyers and their evaluation of that product or service, especially when several options are available from a product or companies Different providers of a similar service are available and it is difficult for the buyer to identify their preferences. For this purpose, in this research, a method for analyzing customer voice and customer feedback and extracting quality requirements is presented. One of the barriers to customer feedback is non-structured data, including textual data and comments, which is also useful for analyzing these types of comments and obtaining useful information from them. The method of data mining, text mining, and emotion analysis is used to determine the quality requirements of the opinions. After specifying them using the grey relational analysis and determining the grey relational degree of each of the options, it Ranks.
