Abstarct: Due to increased competition in the industry, the banking industry is no exception to this trend. On the other hand, many financial institutions including banks have relatively similar services. Therefore, banks should be looking for ways to gain competitive advantage. One of the best ways for Iranian banks could be due to the marketing staff. But only a small percentage of these marketing practices by organizations controlled by, or are used. The researchers conducted this study to investigate various aspects of marketing staff and their positive and negative factors in attracting and customer satisfaction is assessed, And since employees are the most important element of service delivery results have a direct impact on decision-making bank managers to better service and improving the weaknesses of employees behavior. According to the research issue, studying of the impact of all the key factors in the marketing of bank employees is difficult and time consuming. By examining the various investigations, from a large number of key factors, three factors of emotional intelligence, communication skills and behavior of employees as independent variables selected and their impact on the marketing of bank employees as dependent variable is studied. After determining and confirming indicators related to the dependent and independent variables by experts, a questionnaire was distributed in the sample. By doing statistical analysis on the data collected, revealed when the relationship between independent and dependent variables is examined, all three elements of emotional intelligence, communication skills and employee behavior have a positive impact on marketing staff and as a result on satisfaction and attracting of customers.
