Abstarct: Nowadays, customer loyalty as critical for the growth and survival of the company is to create a competitive advantage. Building customer loyalty marketing is not only a goal but also an important basis for creating a sustainable competitive advantage is (Kotler and Armstrong, 2008).in other words, customers are loyal to the company (Cutler, 2008). One way of building customer loyalty and other stakeholders, is attention to its social responsibility. Corporate social responsibility, the issues that have recently attracted the attention of most organizations and four aspects of economic, ethical, legal and humanitarian money to (Matn and Bound, 2005). Because of the importance of this research topic entixtled "Corporate social responsibility of identifying the impact on customer loyalty in the lighting industry" companies with optimal light study was conducted in 1394. Research methodology is baxsed on the purpose of application, in terms of descxriptive correlational method of obtaining data in terms of quantitative data collection using the questionnaire. The study population consisted of 50 managers and employees are optimal light. As well as data analysis using spss software and Smart PLS 2 took place. The results of this study indicate that it is a social responsibility that includes aspects of voluntary responsibility, moral responsibility, legal responsibility and economic responsibility Brvfadary customers that include behavioral loyalty and attitudinal loyalty is positive and meaningful impact.
