Abstarct: In recent decades, urban waste recycling management has been used as a suitable solution for waste management and conservation of natural resources in most country . In order to improve the recycling management, it is necessary to build a recycling station. The better the recycling station is and the more accurately it is located, the faster growth will be in recycling management. In this research, in the first phase of the research, those indicators that affect the selection of the location of the extracted recycling station were considered and then the survey was conducted by experts from the experts and the selected indicators were selected by fuzzy Delphi method. In the second phase, these indicators were weighted by Shannon's entropy method and the proposed location was ranked using the weights obtained in the multi-mora model. The advantage of this method is the use of all three approaches of system ratio and reference point and full multiplication. Finally, the three areas with the highest scores were selected as the optimal locations for the recycling station. According to the results of this study, the three indicators of construction cost, distance from hospital and training centers, distance from recycling site to the city were the most important and played a role in determining the location of recycling centers.
