Abstarct: Firms and business enterprises have always been seeking to identify different types of factors influencing their development, and manipulating them in a way that would result in the best performance of the company. One of the most important aspects of development is to grow in capital. In addition, transactional information system developments and the daily growing utilization of firms from these systems during the last decades resulted in a potential to access the financial, production and human resurces collected data. In this thesis, I have tried to identify major variables playing role in the financial status change of an enterprise and add them in a statistical model which is created on the time series data to develop a system that enables managers to change the variable values in a way that upcoming year’s financial status of company would be optimized. The method used to analyse the data is linear regression and the data collected from the enterprise is changed to be like the time series. The findings of the reaserch indicate that the method is appropriate to predict the upcoming yeas financial statemet, however it is essential to conduct a complete survey to identify the appropriate variables (instead of the usual and identified variables influencing financial statements) of each specific company to be able to develop a customized system which would be able to predict the future of the statements according to changes made in variables with the least amount of variance.
