HA214 : Evaluating and choosing a food production strategy baxsed on strategic sustainability indicators (Case Study: One and One Company and Golkaran)

Abstarct: Today, the most important concern of most companies in implementing projects is to develop and implement strategies that ensure their success and sustainability in changing environmental conditions. In this research, sustainable production criteria are considered as criteria for selecting production strategies in the research. This research is a descxriptive-applied research and has focused on the evaluation and selection of a food production strategy baxsed on strategic sustainability indicators. Key elements are baxsed on exploratory study and extensive review and mainly descxriptive estimation. Using a quantitative research method, a study was carried out baxsed on a questionnaire with 20 middle managers of production in the food industry one and one and agro-industry Gullies will be carried out by reviewing the literature and fuzzy viroku technique and will focus on the ranking of production strategies baxsed on sustainability criteria.
