Abstarct: The health system today plays an important role in improving life expectancy. However, there is a huge gap between the potential of the health system and its current performance. This justifies the need to evaluate the performance of the healthcare sector. The purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive performance evaluation model baxsed on effective data envelopment analysis techniques and the best-worst fuzzy method for assessing the performance of medical centers. For this purpose, a collection of hospitals under the supervision of Tehran University of Medical Sciences has been selected as a case study. The best-worst fuzzy method was used to identify effective measures on hospital performance baxsed on experts' opinions, and the criteria for the number of health care staff, the number of other staff, the number of active and active beds, the percentage of bed occupancy and the per-bed reception rate were chosen. Then, using the data envelopment analysis technique, the efficiency of each unit of the hospital was calculated using determined criteria. In this research, productivity analysis has been developed once by the data envelopment analysis model in literature and once by the data envelopment analysis model. The advantage of the developed model for measuring productivity is that the model is baxsed on the dual problem and by adding the auxiliary variables for inputs, outputs, and also the goals it seeks to offer suggestions for improving and reaching the boundary of efficiency and effectiveness for decision-making units. , For example, the auxiliary variable in the input section, the amount of waste of the decision-making units, the auxiliary variable in the output section, shows the amount of deficit in the output of the decision-making units in relation to the input and the target, and the auxiliary variable in the objectives section shows the amount of deficit in the target for decision-making units, and Because it is supposed to Non-change targets and defined as the optimum model is designed so that the value of this variable is always zero.
