Abstarct: The empowerment of conceptual customers is defined in order to eliminate the passive role of customers and turn them into an active role in the field of health and quality of life. This concept is rooted in social performance and offers benefits to the community and tries to increase the independence, power and influence of disillusioned groups such as the poor, the working class, women and ethnic minorities. In the civil rights movement in the 1960s, this concept was further developed by emphasizing the rights and abilities of individuals and communities rather than focusing on their shortcomings and needs. The study of this research is the treatment centers of Semnan province and the aim of increasing the empowerment of patients referred to these centers is to identify and develop the factors affecting the empowerment of clients (patients). Findings of the research The direct effect of empowerment potential on empowerment in health centers is the major contributor.
