Abstarct: In this study, the nonlinear relationship between the type of employment contract and labor productivity in the government departments of the selected province (Central, Semnan, Gilan, Hamedan, Kohkilouyeh Boyer Ahmad, Kurdistan, Sistan and Baluchestan, Mazandaran, Yazd, Tehran) During the period of 2006-2011, the model of the regression model for the transmission of mild panel data has been studied According to most studies conducted in this field, the main factors that affect productivity are pay, education level and type of employment contract. Most of the theoretical foundations and existing backgrounds indicate that increased levels of education, wages and employment contracts increase productivity. If m = 1, the PSTR variable refers to two limiting regimes associated with lower and higher values than the OEC transition factor (i, t) relative to the threshold of c_1, and the first regimen is less than the transfer variable and the second regimen is greater than. According to the results of model estimation, the research hypothesis suggests that. Also, the higher the level of education, the higher the productivity, and the budget in the first regime has a positive effect on productivity and in the second regime its effect was negative and meaningless. According to the results of the model's estimation, those who have higher education levels would turn their contracts from informal to formal, in order to increase productivity in Iran.
