HA183 : Investigating the Effect of visionality Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior by Mediating Organizational Trust and Happiness

Abstarct: Consider to importance of organizational employees' behavior and role of management and visionality leadership in increase of employees' companionship in organization, visionality leadership as challenge of present century, managers and leaders of organizations especially private organs, should scrimmage with this new phenomenon. visionality leaders are people who have first visualization power, providence and picturing for future. They should have such intelligence that may compile correct, real and inspiring perspective for the organization considering to economic, political and cultural and environmental technology aspects in order to increase ability, loyalty, chivalry and obligation of employees emphasizing on this case and increasing organizational reliability and exhilaration level. Purpose of this research is to study effect of visionality leadership on organizational citizenship behavior with intermediation of organizational reliability and exhilaration in Pasargad Oil Company. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descxriptive in terms of implementation method. The following standard questionnaires were used for collecting information: Kangero and Kanengo visionality leadership questionnaire (1988), Kerolof employees' happiness questionnaire (2007), Alonen et al. organizational reliability questionnaire (2008), Pedsakof organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire (2000) Statistical society is 890 employees of Pasargad Oil Company. The questionnaires were distributed among 360 employees who were selected according to Morgan table considering to dispersal of regions. The data were analyzed by using Smart PLS research variables, confirmatory operating analysis tests and route analysis and software gained from analysis and confirmed the main hypothesis. It means that visionality leadership has positive and significant effect on citizenship behavior of employees with intermediation of organizational reliability and exhilaration.
