Abstarct: Studies show that the assumptions of all introduced data envelopment analysis techniques have been baxsed on evaluating efficiency of decision-making unit (DMU) relative to similar units. Different and uncontrollable conditions for each DMU can be one of the reasons for the low validity of the results of assessment. Therefore, self-assessment of decision-making units (DMUs) is the best type of evaluation in which the maximum stability of the conditions is considered and as one of the innovations in this research is mentioned. The activity of manufacturing and service systems as a network in an unreliable environment is one of the most significant indicators of some organizations. The purpose of this study was to measure the efficiency of these types of institutions baxsed on the fuzzy intuitionistic data envelopment analysis technique with a new self-assessment approach. According to the results of this study, the efficiency of Moghan wire and cable units in different time periods was determined and analyzed.
