Abstarct: In today's turbulent environment, the use of management systems and performance evaluation has become an integral part of an organization. Managers understand that without a performance evaluation system will not be able to plan and control. Companies and organizations need performance management system in order to manage tangible and intangible assets and assess the organization's success in achieving the vision, goals and mission,In other words, it is not enough for companies only to be aware of differences between plans and actual results, the companies must constantly be aware of arising threats and opportunities that may lead to changes in the assumptions of the managers and employees about the proper strength of reaction. The another important thing is the organizations attention to the sustainable management in terms of sustainable development by addressing economic, social and environment. In the performance measurement system, The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and sustainable Balanced ScoreCard (SBSC) have become a popular concept that focuse attention of management on only a few performance measures and bridges different areas. But the BSC and SBSC approach have some limitations such as unidirectional causality, unable to distinguish delays between actions and their impact on performance, have a dearth of validation capabilities, integrate insufficiently strategy with operational measures and suffer from internal biases. This research showed that the dynamic system will help managers and remove the limitations of Sustainable Balanced Scorecard and prepare the proper tools for managers to assess the strategic and sustainable performance. Dynamic sustainable Balanced Scorecard models offer managers a virtual world where they can test their hypotheses and evaluate the possible effects of their strategies without bearing the costs and risks of experimenting them in the real world. A case study carried out on a Moghan Cable Company.
