Abstarct: In this research, the impact of social capital in competitive performance of the food industry with role of technology transfer mediator has beed discussed, for this purpose, 4 main hypotheses and 6 secondary hypothesis has been developed for it. In terms of goal, this research placed in the category of research applications and in terms of data collection, is survery type and descxriptive. Among the componies, active in the food industry of Khorasa Razavi state, there are 25 componies are active in the dairy industry has been considered as a statical population. In this research, cluster sampling has been used, it means than 10 companies which announced cooperation, are selected as our samples. Method of data collection was using a questionnaire. The reliability of the collected data in this study was examined and verified by using Cronbach’s alpha method. To test the hypotheses, descxriptive statistical and inferential statistics methods were used. Also in order to analyze the data and test hypotheses the method of partial least squares (PLS) has been used, which for this case, PLS3 Student Smart software was used. The results confirmed the research hypotheses.
