Abstarct: Iron supplementation improves the aerobic system and anaerobic system. Recently new methods such as high intensity training has been established to improve the ability of aerobic and anaerobic. However, there are few and paradoxical studies about the effect of this practice alongside with the use of Iron supplementation on the level of aerobic and anaerobic ability. Therefore, the purpose of the current study is investigating the effect of a high intensity training alongside the use of Iron supplementation on the level of anaerobic and aerobic ability of futsal plaxyers. To aim this, 27 futsal plaxyers who had the experience of continual exercise for 6 months voluntarily participated in this study. They were divided in three groups such as exercise, exercise and supplementation, supplementation. The exercise group did high intensity training for 3 session a week, even days, for 4 weeks. The supplementation used 100 milligram ferrous sulfate. To examine inside group differences the researcher used dependent t test and to examine inter group differences he used One Way ANOVA. The examination of inside group differences showed that there is a significant difference in the ability of aerobic and anaerobic in experimental groups. While, the results of inter group examination showed no significant difference between the groups of the study from pretest to posttest sessions. To sum up, it can conclude that high intensity training alongside the use of Iron supplementation cause improvement of aerobic and anaerobic ability of futsal plaxyers. Therefore, couches and athletes should pay attention to these variables if they want to outperform in their exercises.
