Abstarct: The overall objective of this study was to examine the relationship between team cohesion and collective efficacy with the satisfaction of sports teams plaxyers in Zahedan. The research method was a descxriptive and correlational study. The population of the study was all male and female plaxyers in volleyball, basketball, football and cricket playing in Zahedan gyms. According to the target population proportion in different fields, the sample was obtained from Morgan table. For this purpose, 344 questionnaires of individual characteristics, team cohesion (Westre and Weiss, 1991), collective efficacy (Feltz and Lyri, 1998, Short et al, 2005) and athlete satisfaction (Riemer & Chelladurai, 1998) were completed. Their face and content validity was confirmed by experts and their reliability, using Cronbach's alpha, was assessed 0/89 and 0/97 and 0/88, respectively. For data analysis in this study, the descxriptive and inferential statistics were used in a significant level p≤0/05. In descxriptive statistics the average, frequency tables and standard deviation were used and in inferential statistics the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for verifying data distribution (normal or abnormal), Correlation test, Kruskal-Wallis test, one-way ANOVA, Tukey’s test and regression coefficients were used to answer the research hypotheses. The SPSS version 19 was used for statistical analysis. The results showed that, there is a significant positive relationship between team cohesion and athlete satisfaction and also between collective efficacy and athletes’ satisfaction. Both factors i.e. collective efficacy and team cohesion affect the athletes' satisfaction. The impact of collective efficacy and team cohesion are 65/1% and 32/9%, respectively. Moreover, a significant positive relationship was observed between team cohesion and collective efficacy. According to the results of the correlation test we could not find a significant relationship between age Demographic characteristics of participants and team cohesion variables, collective efficacy and athletes’ satisfaction. The results showed that there is a satisfaction difference between the satisfaction of Zahedan sports teams plaxyers baxsed on their membership record and education but there were no significant differences baxsed on their sports record. It is also observed that there is no significant difference between collective efficacy and team cohesion baxsed on sports record, membership record and education. These results focus on considering the satisfaction of athletes in training programs of trainers
