Abstarct: Over the past few decades, climate change and environmental degradation have made environmental concerns a major issue among researchers and stakeholders; Therefore, organizations, as one of the institutions in charge of environmental protection, seek to strengthen it by promoting green behaviors in the organization. In this regard, the present study was conducted to investigate the impact of organizational social responsibility on the green behavior of employees with the mediating role of organizational trust. The research is a descxriptive survey in terms of practical purpose and data collection method. The study's statistical population was 120 employees of all sports and youth departments of North Khorasan province. Due to the small size of the population, the census method was used. The data collection tools were organizational social responsibility questionnaires, green employee behavior and organizational trust baxsed on the article by Su and Swanson (2019) whose face validity was assessed, and Cronbach's alpha confirmed its reliability. The structural equation modelling method was used to analyze the data with Smart PLS software. baxsed on the results, it was found that the social responsibility of the organization has a positive and significant effect on the green behavior of employees. It was also found that organizational trust has a positive and significant effect on green behavior of employees and finally the mediating role of organizational trust in the relationship between social responsibility and green behavior of employees was confirmed. Accordingly, in order to achieve green behavior by employees, organizations, while considering social responsibility in their actions and activities, must also pay sufficient attention to organizational trust.
