Abstarct: Introduction: Arterial stiffness is an arterial phenotype and an independent predictor of socioeconomic diseases. Arteriosclerosis is considered a growing epidemic, with an increase in therapeutic events. On the other hand, a sedentary life or lack of physical exercise is one of the effective and dangerous factors of heart attacks. Also, nutrition and food patterns play a very important and clinical role in the treatment of heart diseases, and the stiffness of the artery increases strongly after consuming glucose. The general purpose of this research was to answer the question of whether there is a significant relationship between baxseline levels of MDA and LDL bilirubin and CAVI and ABI indices of arterial stiffness following glucose consumption and sports activities. Research design: This semi-experimental research was conducted on 88 inactive subjects (44 women and 44 men) in the age group of 24 to 40 years, Shahrood city. After 12 hours of fasting, the subjects were sent to the medical diagnosis laboratory for blood sampling, blood sugar (FBS), blood (LDL) and bilirubin factors were measured and blood serum was stored for measuring malondialdehyde (MDA) and then calculated. In the following, measurements of weight, height, body composition and arterial stiffness (heart disease index-ankle CAVI and brachial-ankle index ABI) were performed. Exercise protocol: 30 minutes of acute endurance activity with 300% heart rate on the treadmill, then 3 minutes of passive rest and measurement of blood sugar and arterial stiffness of the second and consumption of 75 ml of gram glucose in 225 ml of water in 5 minutes and finally after that. After 1 hour of inactivity, blood sugar and arterial stiffness were measured again. Results: The relationship between the baxseline level of MDA, LDL and bilirubin with CAVI was investigated at both baxseline and response levels. According to the results of the level between the baxseline of bilirubin with the changes of baxseline and response CAVI, no significance was found (P≤0.424). The baxseline level of MDA had a significant relationship with changes in baxseline CAVI, but no response with CAVI (P≤0.001), and in the case of LDL, these results were the opposite, that is, there was a significant relationship between its baxseline level and changes in CAVI response, but it was not significant with baxseline CAVI. (P≤0.673) Conclusion: Considering the need for more research in the future, but for the total power, it was concluded that the baxseline level and LDL MDA can influence the response to exercise and glucose consumption.
