Abstarct: The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between strategic intelligence and organizational dynamics among the employees of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth in Mazandaran province. This research was a descxriptive study with a correlation design. The statistical population of the research included all the managers and employees of the General Department of Sports and Youth of Mazandaran province, and 150 people were selected as the sample size using the enumeration method. In order to collect information, Bakhit et al.'s strategic intelligence questionnaires (2014) and Engelhard's organizational dynamics questionnaires (2012) were used. Due to the standard nature of the questionnaires, their content validity was confirmed by 5 subject experts and the reliability of the questionnaires was also confirmed through Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Data analysis was done through Pearson's correlation test, one-sample t-test, and step-by-step regression using SPSS25 software. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between strategic intelligence and the organizational dynamics of employees. Also, the dimensions of strategic intelligence, including foresight ability, system thinking, participation, formulating a vision, and creating motivation were suitable predictors for the organizational dynamics of the employees of the General Department of Sports and Youth of Mazandaran province. Therefore, by providing the necessary grounds for the promotion of strategic intelligence in the General Department of Sports and Youth of Mazandaran University, the organizational dynamics in this department will also increase.
