Abstarct: Background: Football is no stranger to incidents and critical situations and has faced many crises of different nature and dimensions. The frequency of crises in football is so high and various that it requires the constant attention of managers and officials of organizations and clubs to manage them. Therefore, the present research was conducted with the aim of analysis and design of crisis management model in the football Iranian Premier League. Method: The present research baxsed on goal is developmental, it is exploratory in terms of orientation, and it is of type a mixed-method (qualitative-quantitative). Qualitative part was done using grounded theory method and Glaser's approach and quantitative part was done using multi-criteria decision making method. The statistical population in the qualitative part included members of the football federation, league organization, clubs, football boards, university experts, security officials, referees, plaxyers, coaches and fans. The sampling method in the qualitative part was first purposive and then the judgmental sampling method was used (44 people). The statistical sample of the research in the quantitative part (10 people) was also mostly among the interviewees in the qualitative part who were selected by purposive sampling. The main tool of data collection in the qualitative part was in-depth and semi-structured interview and in the quantitative part, the questionnaire was paired comparisons. Data analysis was done in the qualitative part with three stages of open, selective and theoretical coding, and in the quantitative part with the DEMATEL technique. Findings: The result of the analysis of 705 main concepts that appeared in this research was 83 categories. These concepts were compressed with subsequent analysis, especially the analyzes related to the selection of the central category, and were reduced to 8 dense categories: financial crisis, legal crisis, fan crisis, refereeing crisis, managerial crisis, technical crisis, consequences and solutions. These concepts were compressed with subsequent analysis, especially the analyzes related to the selection of the central category, and were reduced to 8 dense categories: Financial Crisis, Legal Crisis, Fan Crisis, Refereeing Crisis, Management Crisis, Technical Crisis, Consequences and Solutions. By continuously comparing the main concepts, categories, theoretical notes and paying attention to the criteria of the central category, the management crisis of the Premier League was considered as the central category. Finally, after integrating and connecting the research categories, the Crisis Management model of Iran's premier football league was designed. In the quantitative part, the causal relationships of the concepts related to each crisis were determined baxsed on their degree of importance in the form of a network relationship scheme, and the pattern of their significant relationships was drawn. Conclusion: According to the final model drawn in the present study, it is necessary for football decision-makers to pay attention to the identified crises, and baxsed on the scope of the threat of each crisis and their level of preparedness, they should use the appropriate strategy and use the solutions provided in order to prepare and prevent, combat and reduce the damages caused by crises. In addition, baxsed on the results of the analysis of the causal relationships of the concepts of crises, it is suggested that the officials first put the influential factors of each crisis in the center of attention and priority.
