Abstarct: Abstract Considering the importance of physical activity and the general health of the society and the new and complex conditions that arose during the Corona epidemic, especially for teenagers, the necessity of conducting a research describing and how the body composition and anthropometric index are related to physical activity and health The general public of male students of the first year of secondary school in Shahrood city was taken into consideration during this period. For this purpose, among all these students in the academic year 1400-1401, according to Morgan's table, 332 students were randomly selected. In order to measure the physical activity of the subjects, the physical activity questionnaire of children and adolescents was used, and the Goldberg general health questionnaire was used to measure their general health. A body composition device was used to measure the characteristics of the body composition and anthropometry of the participants by the method of bioelectrical resistance analysis. The findings showed that during the corona epidemic, the subjects' physical activity was lower than the average (P<0.001) and their general health was higher than the average (P<0.001). Also, an inverse and significant relationship was shown between body mass index, body fat percentage and the ratio of waist circumference to hip circumference with the amount of physical activity and general health of subjects during the corona epidemic (P<0.001) and between the amount of physical activity and general health. A direct and significant relationship was obtained (P<0.001). And finally, there was no significant relationship between the amount of protein in the body and the amount of physical activity and general health of the subjects. According to the results of this research, nearly 40% of the male students of the first year of secondary school in Shahrood city during the corona epidemic had a high percentage of body fat and more than 70% of them had a lack of body protein, so these findings showed that in addition to A significant number of overweight and obese students, a wide range of them have muscle weakness; Therefore, it is necessary to design and implement a comprehensive program, including nutrition and physical activity through education, especially in the post-corona era.
