GV227 : The effect of physical activity on Life's quality, stress and skeletal disorders among students of Shahroud University of Technology, during Covid-19 quarantine.

Abstarct: Introduction: The widespread outbreak of coronavirus has affected all aspects of human life and endangered human physical and mental health. Exercise and physical activity is one way to counteract the effects of the coronavirus. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between physical activity and quality of life, stress and skeletal disorders of students of Shahroud University of Technology during corona quarantine. Methodology: The research method was descxriptive and correlational. The statistical population of the study includes; All students of Shahroud University of Technology were in the corona quarantine during the academic year 1399-1400. Morgan table was used to determine the sample size and the number of research samples was 375 and the questionnaires were distributed electronically, their lixnks were distributed through channels and telegram groups and after filling 375 questionnaires, their lixnks expired. The instruments of this study were quality of life questionnaires (SF-12), Cohen et al. (1983), Sharki level of physical activity and Nordic skeletal disorders. The collected data were analyzed using Pearson correlation test. Results: The results showed that there is a significant and positive or direct relationship between physical activity and quality of life of students of Shahroud University of Technology during corona quarantine (r = 0.86, p = 0.001), also the results showed that between physical activity and Stress of Shahroud University of Technology students during corona quarantine has a significant and negative or inverse relationship (r = -0.88, p = 0.001), also between physical activity and skeletal disorders of Shahroud University of Technology students during corona quarantine Or there is an inverse (R = 0.87, p = 0.001). Conclusion: Therefore, it can be said that physical activity has a role in the quality of life and the amount of stress and musculoskeletal disorders of students during coronary quarantine.
