Abstarct: There are factors influencing the attendance of spectators that can be both motivating and limiting their presence to watch Premier League basketball matches. The purpose of this study is to investigate the various factors affecting the presence of spectators on each other and ultimately the basketball premier league matches. The present research is a descxriptive-survey type that has been applied research according to the purpose. The statistical population of this study included all basketball experts, of whom 13 participated in the present study by purposive sampling. To collect data, a demographic questionnaire and an interpretive structural questionnaire were used for motivating and limiting factors of spectator presence with thirteen components. The results showed that among the seven levels affecting the presence of spectators, levels seven, six and five were very important and effective and did not have a significant effect on the presence of spectators in the first level variables. According to the research results, it is suggested that the relevant managers and officials do not consider sports spectators as just a customer and also consider motivating and limiting factors.
