GV196 : The impact of green human resource management on voluntary environmental behaviors of sports organizations employees mediated by the green climate.

Abstarct: In today's world, sport organizations are known as one of the most important and effective factor on environmental stability, in that the personnel of which can support that organization through exposing environmentally acceptable behaviors. Current study has been carried out for the purpose of reviewing the impact of Green Human Resource Management on voluntary elicited environmental behaviors of sport organizations' personnel through the mediation of, green climate. This study is practical in terms of objective, scaling in terms of data collection and descxriptive - evaluative in terms of research methodology. The sample population of this study consists of entire personnel engaged in the department of sport and youth located in the Khorasan Razavi and 83 members were selected as their accessibility was ensured. For the data collection procedures, due to the lack of standardized questionnaire, by considering subject matter, already existing questionnaires and supervisor's viewpoint, 3 questionnaires entixtled as Green Human Resource Management Damont, Shen & dang, (2016) with reliability coefficiency of 0/86, Voluntary Environmental Behavior Robertson and Burling, (2017) with reliability coefficiency of 0/83 and green climate Sadeqi, (1396) with reliability coefficiency of 0/98 were used. For data analysis, determination coefficients and T coefficients tests, SPSS23 and SMARTPLS were taken advantages of. The results revealed that Green Human Source Management has a positive and meaningful impact on voluntary elicited behaviors of the personnel. On the other hand, the results indicated that Green Human Resource Management relationship on, green climate is meaningful. And also, green climate has no mediatory role on the relationship between Green Human Resource Management and voluntary elicited environmental behaviors and personnel's, green climate has no impact on the personnel of Khorasan Razavi's department of sport and youth voluntary environmental behaviors. This study helps on theoretical and practical expansion of environmentally acceptable behavior in workplaces and by providing approaches to the managers and personnel, causes the growth on elicitation of such behaviors on workplaces.
