GV193 : Foresight of volleyball sport development in Qazvin (Strategic scenarios) province

Abstarct: The development of volleyball in Qazvin province is vital because it is known as one of the volleyball-prone provinces of Iran, and the way to achieve this development is a futuristic and strategic view that has in its heart drivers with high uncertainty to lead for Achieve comprehensive progress. The purpose of this study was to predict the development of volleyball in Qazvin province (strategic scenarios). The statistical population of the study was sports management specialists, coaches, plaxyers, international referees, university professors and experts in the field of futurism and volleyball. For the statistical sample, 10 people were purposefully selected as snowballs. This research is an applied research and a combination of documentary and survey methods, the required data of which have been obtained through semi-structured and exploratory interviews. To determine the validity and reliability of the interviews, Lincoln and Guba proposed criteria have been used. Finally, the whole process was reviewed and approved by professional professors who had experience in qualitative research. Then, Mick Mac software was used to analyze compatible scenarios and study how the propellants affect each other and then extract the scenario spaces. Finally, 4 compatible and probable scenarios related to the future development of volleyball sport, including Golden Talent scenario, Silver Talent scenario, Bronze talent scenario and Silent talent scenario have been extracted and described. After narrating each scenario and summarizing the findings of the expert group, strategic recommendations regarding the future of Qazvin volleyball development have been provided to relevant managers and policy makers.
