Abstarct: Aerobic regular activity is in accordance with strengthening the immune system and increasing some safety components. The main aim of this study was the study influence of endurance exercise (Aerobic) on inflammatory cytokines in obese sedentry women. The present research was Quasi-experimental. In this research, subjects were included 24 females with a mean age (age 30+-5/8 yr., BMI 33/5 kg/ m2) for the control group was (33) and the experimental group was (34). Subjects voluntarily participated in this study and randomly divided into two group of control and experimental groups of 12 people. In this study, subjects first was running 10 minutes as warm-up and then 30 minutes with 60 to 70 percent intensity maximal heart-rate and finally at 10 minutes cool-down their bodies and this program was done during 8 weeks and three sessions in every week. Blood samples was collected two times in the first session as pre-test and after 8 weeks traning as post-test. The data were analyzed using paired t-test for the mean of the group and repeated two-way ANOVA at a significance level of less than 5% point was used to compare two groups. The results of this study showed that IL-6 and TNF-a after 8 weeks of training in the two groups was not statistically significant. (p≤0/05)
