GV188 : The effect of ethical leadership style on the job well-being of physical education teachers with a mediating role Work-family facilitation and work-family conflict

Abstarct: Manpower is one of the important pillars of the organization in different societies. Every organization is looking for ways to achieve the desired job performance and effective productivity that provide the conditions for human resources to achieve the ability to have a greater impact on their work and work and family life. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of ethical leadership style on the job well-being of physical education teachers with the mediating role of facilitating family work and family work conflict. The research method was descxriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this study was the physical education teachers of Sari city. To estimate the sample size, G-Power sample size software was used and finally the analysis was performed on 125 people. The research instruments were Brown and Torino (2005) Ethical Leadership Questionnaire, Parker & Heath (2011)Job Well-being, Holbrook Family Job Facilitation Questionnaire (2011) and Carlson Family Work Conflict Questionnaire (2000). Structural equations with variance-baxsed approach were used to test the research hypotheses. It should be noted that SPSS and Smart-PLS software were used to analyze the data in the present study.The results showed that ethical leadership has a positive and significant effect on facilitating family work and teachers 'job well-being and work facilitation family has a positive effect and work-family conflict has a negative effect on teachers' job well-being. And facilitating family work also plays a minor mediating role in the relationship between moral leadership and job well-being. According to the results, family work conflict does not play a mediating role in the relationship between managers 'ethical leadership style and teachers' job well-being, and also managers 'ethical leadership does not affect teachers' family work conflict. Therefore, it is recommended to the managers and officials of organizations that work in the field of education to provide welfare and job and family satisfaction of employees by paying more attention to ethics and justice.
