Abstarct: Purpose: The Effect of a Combinatory Exercise with Control and Self-Control on mextabolic Syndrome Indices among Elementary School Male Students Design and Methods: Randomized clinical trial.. Forty-eight overweight or obese Iranian children were randomly assigned to exercise with control (n = 16)، self – control(n = 16)، intervention groups and control(n = 16). Two-way mixed ANOVA testswere used to compare any changes between the groups in terms of percentage body fat، physical fitness، and systolic and diastolic blood pressure and other mextabolic syndrome indices. The Measurements were taken before and after a two-month mixed-exercise (aerobic and resistance) was implemented. Results: There is a significant difference between the LDL and HDL levels and cholesterol levels in two group exercise with control and self - control. There was a significant difference between triglyceride and systolic blood pressure of subjects before and after exercise. There is no significant difference between FBS levels in two exercise groups.
