Abstarct: This research studies the relationship between organizational justice and job enthusiasm with organizational loyalty of sport and youth departments of Khorasan Razavi province. The research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of collecting field information, and in terms of descxriptive nature and correlation. Sample size selection according to Morgan table 125 randomly selected cluster. The data collecting tool, a standardized three-part questionnaire including organizational justice questionnaire Hoff and Moorman (1993) with a reliability of 0/83, organizational loyalty Lyndnryn (2004) with a reliability of 0.88 and job engagement Salvnava and Shvfly (2001) with a reliability of 0.82 was the validity of the questionnaires was also measured by experts in sports management. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between organizational justice and job aspiration, as well as job passion and organizational loyalty. However, there was no significant relationship between organizational justice and organizational loyalty of employees.
