Abstarct: Background. Obesity is a mextabolic disorder that results in increased energy intake and reduced energy consumption. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of eight weeks of combined training on serum irezine levels and lipid indices in male students with overtime at Shahrood University of Technology. Methodology. In this semi-experimental study, which was conducted in 1395, 22 male students with overweight with an average age of 25.12 ± 1.55 with a BMI of 30 kg / m2 were selected using the targeted method and available to the two groups of combined exercise homogeneous (12 subjects) And the control group (n = 10). The exercise group practiced three sessions per day for eight weeks and each session lasted between 50 and 60 minutes, with intensity 70-80% of maximum heart rate. At the same time, the control group performed their daily activities, and in the combined exercise they did not attend. Before and after intervention, serum levels of irisin and lipid indices were measured. In order to compare intra-group meanings and between groups, the method of analysis of variance with repeated measures was used and the level of significance was considered as P <0.05. Results. The results of this study showed that eight weeks of combined training did not significantly increase serum ayrosin (P <0.05) and also significantly altered cholesterol (P = 285), diastolic blood pressure (P = 695), systolic blood pressure (P = .769), but did not significantly decrease HDL-C (P3 / 043), triglyceride (P = 025), glucose (P = 056), LDL (003 / P = 0.001), weight (P = 0.001), body mass index (P = 0.006), BFM (P = .000).
